A Genius

A synapse filled with thoughts.
With ideas but race and events.
A beautiful mind, where answers are sought,
Answers of never ending curiosity and rants.

Imagination reaching its peak in solitude,
Secluded from relations, and from altercations.
A smiling exterior in brain's servitude,
A genius that has no avarice but a need of a definition.

All those desires turns to strife,
All those dreams are sacrificed.
To find a meaningful answer of life.
But none of the questions are satisfied.

Suicidal melancholy penetrating a ratified thinking,
But life goes on, only to be mocked by the liking.

Meaningless

Belonging to a world sublime,
A world vacant of merriment, flooded by strife.
Tempted by avarice, deluded by time,
Annihilated by beings, seldom admiring their life.

What men are these Gods,
A deity that transforms into a nemesis?
Demolishing aesthetics, all these mortal Lords.
Coercing the weak, destroying things in pieces.

Amongst the infinite grief, who needs words to write?
Who detests others when they are what they despise!
A meaningless rhyme, a consciousness to fight,
In gregarious solitude, where no one is wise.

A poem more beautiful than a paper left blank,
An imagination fueled by intoxicating seclusion.
Dreaming of happiness, commanding a higher rank,
To laugh quietly through all the pain and reclusion.

A screaming soul, ignored till the end,
To embrace a delusion of love and acceptance.
Searching a cure of curiosity and love of land,
The Gods vouchsafe death to help men reminisce.
